Very relaxing overall experience. For a 5 star hotel everything was good, I really enjoyed to be here. I was met by helpful and amicable staff at the reception. The buffet breakfast was savoury with lots of food.

I appreciated PLEASANT staff and location. Fast check-in was a bonus. Had a truly memorable stay for the check-in time, and would come here again.

The staff were especially helpful and cooperative, everything was perfect.

Stunningly beautiful, clean hotel with efficient personnel who are willing to bring the iftar food up to our room upon request.

Absolutely lovely hotel, my first choice in Mecca. The venue was pretty clean, and I liked an IDEAL location. There where a supermarket and stores around the hotel. Restaurant was very close to the property and they provided Pakistani meals.
